Terms of service
Last updated 20 July 2026
These terms are the agreement between FixerCo and your business. By signing up for or using FixerCo, you accept them. Please read them carefully.
The service
FixerCo sends you job leads that match the trade and service area you choose. A lead is an enquiry from a homeowner who asked for a quote. It is not a booked job, and we cannot guarantee that a lead will turn into work.
Lead volume depends on demand in your area and the settings you choose, so it can go up and down and is not guaranteed.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
Pricing and billing
FixerCo is pay per lead: a flat 70 dollars per lead, with a minimum of 5 leads per week. You choose your weekly lead volume, and you are billed weekly in advance through our payment provider (Stripe) based on that volume.
If you increase your weekly volume, the extra takes effect right away and you pay the prorated difference at that time. If you reduce it, the lower volume takes effect from your next weekly renewal, so the week you have already paid for is not changed.
There is no lock-in contract.
Lead credits and returns
If a lead is invalid, flag it and we will credit it back under our returns policy. A credit applies to future leads. A lead is invalid if it has a wrong or disconnected number, is a duplicate, or is clearly outside the area you chose. A genuine lead that simply does not convert into a job is not returnable, because a real enquiry is what you paid for.
Pausing and cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the week you have already paid for, and we keep delivering leads until then. We do not refund part of a paid week. You can resume before your plan ends if you change your mind.
Your responsibilities with leads
When you receive a lead, you agree to:
- Contact the homeowner only about the service they enquired about.
- Comply with the Privacy Act 1988, the Spam Act 2003, and the Do Not Call Register.
- Represent your business honestly and hold any licences and insurance your trade requires.
- Keep the homeowner's details secure, and not resell, share, or reuse them for anything else.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. That includes not reselling or redistributing leads, not scraping or copying the platform, not attempting to break its security, and not using FixerCo for anything unlawful.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided on an "as is" basis, and we do not guarantee any particular lead volume, quote outcome, or amount of work.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FixerCo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or the outcome of any lead or job. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for the affected leads.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may update the service or these terms from time to time. If we make a material change to these terms, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use FixerCo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and FixerCo submit to the courts of that state.
